Ordering & branding
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single kit for one person or hundreds for the whole company.
Are kits only for new hires?
No. Teams use our kits for onboarding, team events, offsites, milestones and staff gifts.
How does branding work?
After you order, our team reaches out to confirm your logo, any other branding details you want included (brand colours, logo placement, taglines or messages), sizes and delivery. If you have your logo handy, you can upload it on the product page to speed things up. We then send a mockup, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
What logo file should I send?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) prints best. A high-resolution PNG also works. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll check it.
Can I order different sizes?
Yes. Add each size to your cart separately, or just order the total and we'll confirm sizes with you when we reach out.
Can I build my own kit?
Yes. Use Build your own kit to pick any items and we'll send a custom quote within 1 business day.
Production & delivery
How long does production take?
It depends on the items and quantities. We'll confirm timing with your mockup, before anything is printed.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Nigeria. Office delivery is priced by location at checkout.
Can you deliver to each employee?
Yes. In your cart, choose "Deliver to each employee" and enter how many Lagos and outside-Lagos addresses you have. After you order, we reach out to collect the address list (one row per person, including sizes), then send your delivery invoice.
Pricing & payment
What do kit prices include?
Kit prices are per kit and cover every item in the kit, branded with your logo. Delivery is separate and chosen in your cart.
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or by direct bank transfer using your order number as the reference.
